Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced laboratory analyst specializing in physicochemical analysis of water, soil, and air, with a strong focus on result quality and accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure the quality and accuracy of laboratory results 2. Perform physicochemical analyses on water, soil, and air 3. Experience in accredited laboratories and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 Ensuring Quality and Accuracy of Results ▪ Perform physicochemical analyses of water (COD, oils and greases, solids, BOD, chlorides, hardness, color, nitrates, nitrites, sulfides, ammoniacal nitrogen, etc.) ▪ Accurately record all laboratory activities ▪ Proficient in operating equipment for which competence and authorization have been granted ▪ Verify glassware and arrange for appropriate calibration ▪ Provide data for calculating LDI, LDM, and LC, as applicable, for assigned test methods, in coordination with the Senior Analyst ▪ Provide data for calculating measurement uncertainty of test methods ▪ Perform soil and air analyses ▪ Understand topics related to implementation of test methods Minimum 2 years of experience in accredited laboratories for respective physicochemical tests on water, soil, and air matrices. Required training includes: * Interpretation of ISO/IEC 17025 standard * Ensuring validity of results * Calculating uncertainty of test methods; validation of test methods * Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) * Basic to intermediate English Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site employment
