Job Description: We are currently looking for top talent for the **CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE** position at our pharmaceutical office located in the district of **MIRAFLORES**, to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection across various organizational areas, thereby guaranteeing clean, safe, and hygienically appropriate spaces in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) regulations and internal hygiene protocols. **\- Experience:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning (preferably in laboratories and/or pharmacies) * Basic knowledge of cleaning and disinfection in administrative areas * Proper use of cleaning products and equipment * Familiarity with cleaning protocols in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments is desirable **\- Responsibilities:** * Perform daily cleaning of offices, hallways, restrooms, meeting rooms, common areas, and other designated zones. * Clean and disinfect surfaces such as desks, door handles, light switches, etc. * Wash, sweep, and mop floors using authorized products * Empty trash bins, collect waste, and dispose of it appropriately per protocols * Apply specific cleaning procedures for designated areas as specified by protocol * Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed by the supervisor * Promptly request replenishment of cleaning supplies * Maintain and care for cleaning equipment and tools in good condition * Accurately complete cleaning records (checklists) * Report any anomalies in facilities or conditions affecting area cleanliness and safety to the immediate supervisor * Comply with biosafety protocols, GMP, and company internal standards * Participate in training sessions on hygiene, occupational safety, and chemical product usage * Any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor **\- Benefits:** * Career development path * Timely salary payments * Corporate discounts Salary: Starting from S/.1,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
