Attention to detail and commitment to institutional hygiene. **Job Description** We are currently seeking Cleaning and Maintenance Staff for a healthcare clinic, responsible for ensuring cleanliness, disinfection, order, and basic maintenance of all institutional areas, guaranteeing safe and hygienic environments before, during, and after patient care, in accordance with internal procedures and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations. **Main Responsibilities** * Clean, disinfect, and organize medical consultation rooms, restrooms, waiting areas, hallways, reception, laboratories, administrative areas, and external zones. * Conduct continuous cleaning throughout the workday, immediately addressing any area requiring attention. * Perform post-patient-care cleaning to ensure appropriate and safe environments. * Carry out inspections and cleaning after lunch breaks and before clinic closure. * Record all cleaning and maintenance activities in established forms. * Monitor cleaning supply stock levels and promptly report replenishment needs. * Report incidents, spills, damages, leaks, moisture, or unsafe conditions. * Perform other duties related to the area as assigned by Operations or Management. **Requirements** **Education:** * Completed secondary education * Preferred training in institutional cleaning and/or biosafety. **Experience:** * Prior experience in cleaning and maintenance tasks in clinics, health centers, companies, or similar institutions. * Preferred experience in cleaning high-traffic areas. **Competencies and Skills:** * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Attention to detail and organization. * Ability to work under pressure and handle high patient volumes. * Basic knowledge of hygiene and biosafety standards. * Service-oriented attitude and teamwork skills.
