Job Summary:
We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to coordinate orders, manage production scheduling, ensure raw material availability, and communicate project status to customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Order coordination and customer follow-up
2. Production scheduling and delivery performance management
3. Order status reporting and identification of improvements
We are looking for a Commercial Assistant who meets the following requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
* Experience in Commercial or Planning areas
* Preferred experience in the textile industry
* Proficiency in Excel
* Knowledge of Power BI (Preferred)
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
* English language proficiency (Preferred)
* Full-time on-site availability in Lurín.
**Specific Responsibilities**:
* Handle and follow up on customer requests and orders, ensuring timely and coordinated responses.
* Record, update, and maintain the status of orders and commercial services from receipt through to customer delivery.
* Coordinate with PCP and production departments on order scheduling and delivery dates according to commercial priorities.
* Develop and update order schedules, monitor their execution, and promptly communicate any changes.
* Coordinate with the Weaving Department on production dates, priorities, and sequences in line with commercial commitments.
* Coordinate with Dyeing and other involved departments to ensure adherence to production plans, tracking progress until completion of each order.
* Verify and monitor availability of required raw materials and supplies to ensure timely order fulfillment.
* Promptly report delays, deviations, or risks of non-compliance that may impact committed customer delivery dates.
* Coordinate sample and color development, tracking progress among Laboratory, Development, Production, and the customer until approval.
* Prepare and submit periodic reports on order status, production, deliveries, and key commercial incidents.
* Maintain up-to-date commercial and operational information on customers and orders to ensure full traceability of each transaction.
* Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions for issues related to orders, production, and deliveries.
* Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor aimed at enhancing company efficiency.

Salary: S/.1,500.00 - S/.2,000.00 per month
