Job Summary: We are seeking a graduate Architect or Civil Engineer to provide technical support in appraisals, conducting on-site inspections of real estate properties and collecting documentation. Opportunities for career growth within the company Company primarily dedicated to real estate asset appraisal. ***DESCRIPTION:*** We are seeking a graduate Architect or Civil Engineer \- **GRADUATE** to support the Technical Valuation Department **as a field inspector for real estate properties across all areas of Lima. (Field work).** ***MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:*** · Conduct daily technical inspections across Lima of various types of movable and immovable assets: rural and urban land, houses, apartments, commercial premises, industrial facilities, machinery, vehicles, etc. · During each inspection, perform measurements, prepare sketches, take photographic samples, and collect and review documentation (e.g., Property Registry Certificate, Urban Planning Certificate, Deed, Certificate of Parameters, etc.). · Provide timely support to the Technical Department and coordinate with the Management Department. · Perform duties inherent to the position. ***MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:*** · Minimum age of 25 years. · **Graduate** in Architecture or Civil Engineering. · Full-time availability. · Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. ***SKILLS:*** · Professionalism ***, punctuality***, and seriousness. · Responsibility. · Analytical and critical thinking. · Positive attitude. · Professional appearance. · Teamwork capability, proactive and self-taught. · Continuous adaptability to change. · Interpersonal communication skills.
