Job Summary: A professional responsible for the handling, transportation, and registration of chemical and petroleum samples, ensuring material availability for analysis. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handling and transportation of chemical and petroleum samples 2. Sample registration management in Labware system 3. Preparation of sampling containers **Education:** Engineer / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Knowledge of chemicals (usage and handling), proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, basic English, ASTM hydrocarbon standards, possession of Driver’s License A1 or higher (mandatory). **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the oil and/or chemical industry, involving usage and handling of chemical or petroleum products. **Skills:** Customer focus, continuous learning, ethics and values, results orientation, organization, proactivity, process management. **Responsibilities:** \- Perform internal plant sample transfer (sample collection, appropriate storage during transport, sample delivery, sample registration). \- Enter samples into the Labware system (laboratory application), registering labels via PC, barcode scanner, or manual entry of sample numbers, as well as internal sample distribution for analysis across various laboratory rooms. \- Prepare and distribute required containers (bottles, metal containers for gases, etc., supplied by THE COMPANY) prior to sample collection or as needed, to ensure container availability for each sampling event. Preparation of bladders (low-pressure gas sampling containers), valve and connector replacement on 1L and ½L cylinders for high-pressure gas sampling. \- Collection and transportation of scheduled samples (samples according to the Analytical Plan). \- Collection and transportation to the laboratory of scheduled process control samples from Distillation, Conversion, Energy, Tanks, and Terminals Production Units, in accordance with the current Analytical Plan. \- Collection from the staging point and transportation to the laboratory of unscheduled samples.
