Development and execution of commercial plans **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and sales roles, preferably in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or nutraceutical (OTC) industries. * Experience leading account executives for traditional and modern trade channels. * Experience negotiating with key customers and entering new markets. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure achievement of budget targets (sell-in/sell-out) and design commercial plans, executing actions to maximize results. * Manage key accounts (modern/traditional), lead negotiations, and identify growth opportunities. * Lead the KAM team, establish follow-up routines, and accompany team members in the field to strengthen commercial execution. * Monitor product performance and market presence, gather market insights, and identify growth opportunities. * Propose improvements in coverage, product mix, and commercial strategies. * Identify emerging market needs and propose ideas for new channels or distributors. **WORK CONDITIONS:** * Hybrid work arrangement * 100% covered health insurance * 100% covered meals Experience: * Commercial roles (category/product): 4 years (Mandatory) Work Location: Hybrid in Surco, Lima
