We are currently seeking committed individuals who wish to join our team: **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** **Meats:** Washing and marinating meats (pork chops, grilled beef, pork ribs, and chicken); cleaning hearts; portioning dried beef (cecina) and chorizo according to the specified weight for chaufa preparation; portioning and marinating chicken according to the specified weight for chaufa preparation; parboiling pork and portioning it according to the specified weight for chaufa preparation. **Side Dishes:** Washing and parboiling potatoes; final cleaning and parboiling corn (choclos); cutting, processing, and storing plantains (bellaco); preparing rice. **Vegetables:** Cleaning and processing lettuce; cleaning and cutting carrots; washing and cutting tomatoes; washing, peeling, removing seeds, and cutting cucumbers. **Pasta:** Parboiling and portioning. **Creams:** Preparing aji pollería, aji huacatay, chimichurri, and aji de cocona. **Preparations:** Chaufa, pasta, side dishes, salads, main dishes, and accompaniments. Preparation of chicha and emoliente. **Cleaning, Parboiling, Frying, and Other Tasks:** Cleaning yellow chili peppers (aji amarillo); parboiling aji panca and aji mirasol; preparing creams and chili-based sauces; frying potatoes and patacones; straining marinades and performing other tasks deemed necessary by the kitchen supervisor. **BENEFITS** \- Payroll under the MYPE regime. \- Ongoing training. **SCHEDULES** **\-** 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (first applicant) \- 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM (second applicant) **SALARY** S/ 1400 to S/ 1600, depending on evaluation. **ADDRESS** **\-** Avenida Próceres de Huandoy 7747, Urbanización Pro, 5th Sector \- Los Olivos \- Lima.
