If you believe precision is the foundation of excellence, ***this opportunity is for you!*** **What will be your mission?** You will serve as the key link in the information flow between our laboratory and clients, ensuring that each certificate and report reaches its destination with total quality. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Document Management:** Reviewing and sending digital certificates/reports. * **Organization:** Physical and digital archiving of technical documentation (work orders, minutes, records). * **Planning:** Preparing the daily calibration service schedule. * **Customer Service:** Handling complaints and promptly reporting them to the SIG department. **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Students or technicians (currently enrolled, incomplete, or completed) in Administration or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in similar roles or customer service (industrial sector experience is a plus). * **Tools:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) at user/intermediate level. * **Soft Skills:** Assertive communication, proactivity, and a strong sense of responsibility. **What do we offer?** * Formal employment from day one (REMYPE regime — Small Enterprise). * All statutory benefits applicable under this regime. * Opportunities for growth and continuous training. * A pleasant work environment and leadership opportunities. **WORK LOCATION:** San Juan de Lurigancho Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Work modality: On-site employment
