Planning and execution of production targets **Full Job Description** At CETRAMIN SAC, we are seeking top talent to fill the position of **MINE SHIFT SUPERVISOR \- MECHANIZED ZONE**, at our mining unit located in AREQUIPA. **JOB MISSION** Perform supervisory duties by combining leadership ability, sound human practices, knowledge of mining legislation related to safety and hygiene in mining operations, and engineering expertise—aiming to maximize production. **SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS** * **Direction and Planning:** Direct and plan mining operations to ensure achievement of production targets and progress. * **Operational Management:** Manage equipment operations, supervise mining activities, and assign tasks to assigned personnel. * **Supervision and Execution:** Supervise work performed by personnel and ensure implementation of established plans and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate and licensed professional in Mining Engineering. * Knowledge of Safety Management. * Minimum 4 years’ experience in conventional underground mining. * Availability to work in AREQUIPA\-CONDESUYOS under a 20x10 work schedule. **BENEFITS** * Full payroll (Bonus, CTS, Family Allowance, etc.) * 20x10 work schedule * Meals, accommodation, and PPE provided. * Career path opportunities.
