Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant with basic experience in food safety standards to perform quality inspections and sample collection and analysis in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct quality inspections and verify compliance with standards. 2. Collect and analyze samples, and record data. 3. Use Excel for managing sampling and analysis data. We are a leading company in the Bakery Products Manufacturing industry, with over 30 years in the market, and we own three well-known brands: La Tacneña, Okey, and ZVC. We are currently seeking a **Quality Assistant** with Excel proficiency for our Production Department, with the following profile: **Requirements:** * Student of Quality Control, Food Engineering, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, and HACCP. * Minimum 6 months of experience in food industry companies (preferred). * Basic Excel skills (subject to assessment). **Responsibilities:** * Conduct QUALITY inspections (e.g., verification of PPE, GMP compliance, etc.). * Sample collection and analysis. * Verification of raw material and finished product weights. * Record sampling and analysis data for developed products. * Use Excel (filters, basic formulas, charts, etc.). **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday (7:00 AM to 4:00 PM). * Work location: Cercado de Lima. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. * Night shift bonus. * Comprehensive insurance coverage. * Paid overtime.
