Job Summary: Amazonas Trading Peru SAC is seeking a professional to control the quality of cocoa bean batches, conduct container surveys, and supervise hygiene and safety in production. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cocoa bean quality control 2. Verification of HACCP and BMP standards 3. Supervision of hygiene and safety in production Amazonas Trading Peru SAC is an agro-industrial company specializing in the export of high-quality cocoa beans. Amazonas has an industrial plant and procurement offices located throughout the country, and due to the quality of our products, we have achieved recognized prestige both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities \* Control the quality of cocoa bean batches received from Procurement Centers (Branches). \* Control the quality of cocoa bean batches destined for export. \* Conduct surveys of export containers and monitor shipments. \* Verify HACCP and BMP control forms. \* Perform in-line sampling during production. \* Supervise hygiene and cleanliness of production personnel, as well as correct use of safety equipment. Requirements \* Graduates of Agro-Industrial Engineering or Food Engineering programs. \* Availability to work in Lurigancho \- Huachipa. \* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: S/.1,300\.00 \- S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
