We are looking for someone like you to join our **\#RumboSacyr** and help us continue improving people's lives. **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Randomly review laboratory and field tests, process inspections and monitoring, and final inspections, in accordance with established standards and procedures. * Support implementation of the Quality Plan on the project. * Provide support and, if required, approve quality documentation and records. * Validate tests and trials, and implement corrective actions when results fail to meet project specifications. * Supervise subcontractor activities. * Maintain control of the Quality Dossier and establish a quality document archiving plan. * Manage classification of Non-Conformities related to the Worksite and develop corrective programs and actions. * Coordinate and take responsibility for executing action plans aimed at improving processes. * Lead the updating of procedures, policies, instructions, manuals, and other documents; ensure necessary team training is delivered. * Conduct site visits and provide support related to your area of responsibility. * Monitor process indicators to ensure achievement of organizational objectives. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Residence in Cajamarca (Mandatory) * Minimum 3 years’ prior experience as a Quality Engineer or in related roles. * Degree in Civil Engineering. **What We Offer:** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives, and recognition. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, volunteering, and healthy lifestyle practices. * The chance to be part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence, and comprehensive social responsibility.
