The laboratory is seeking a **Field Sales Representative** with sales experience to strengthen and grow our brand presence in the pharmacy and drugstore channel. We seek commercially oriented individuals with negotiation skills and goal-oriented mindsets who wish to develop professionally within the sales area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct field sales visits to assigned pharmacies, drugstores, and points of sale. * Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio. * Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base. * Maintain consistent commercial relationships and provide post-sales follow-up. * Execute commercial strategies and support brand positioning. * Achieve sales targets and adhere to the scheduled visit plan. * Prepare management reports and performance summaries. **Required Profile:** * Minimum 1 year of field sales experience. * Preferable experience in pharmaceutical, nutritional, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products. * Strong communication skills and negotiation abilities. * Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving targets. * Organizational skills and ability to manage route-based work. * Willingness to perform field work. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary \+ commissions \+ transportation allowance. * Performance- and target-based bonuses. * Ongoing training and commercial support. * Career path opportunities. * Positive work environment and professional stability.
