**\*\*IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE REQUIRED PROFILE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY\*\*** A contracting company is looking for a Shift Supervisor who meets the following requirements: REQUIREMENTS \- Graduate and licensed Mining Engineer \- Minimum of 04 years of experience in the position \- Knowledge of conventional mining RESPONSIBILITIES \- Supervise underground mining activities in assigned areas to ensure achievement of planned tonnage and scheduled ore grade. \- Supervise exploitation and production processes to reduce dilution percentage in the assigned area. \- Jointly plan with the immediate supervisor the Weekly Production Program and progress of mining operations in the area. \- Ensure compliance with the Daily Production Program and/or progress in the area, as well as correct execution of methods during mining operations. \- Report daily, weekly production and program compliance to the immediate supervisor. \- Other duties inherent to the position.
