Job Summary: Tender Analyst to manage the company's participation in selection procedures, from verifying tender announcements to preparing proposals and contractual files. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of tenders and selection processes 2. Analysis of tender documents and preparation of proposals 3. Interaction with SEACE and knowledge of public procurement regulations **TENDER ANALYST** Corporación Valtaks, a manufacturer and distributor of sterile and non-sterile disposable clothing, is seeking a Tender Specialist who fulfills the following responsibilities: **Main Responsibilities:** Register the company as a participant in selection procedures. Verify tender announcements on SEACE, analyze tender documents (public tenders, simplified adjudications, public contests, direct procurements, and procurements under 8 UIT). Submit inquiries and observations. Prepare proposals, and request required conditions and documents from relevant departments necessary for developing the offer and samples. Collect information and data for decision-making; escalate inquiries and observations to OSCE. Assemble the file for contract signing. Maintain an updated database of all selection processes in which we participate. **Prerequisites:** Proficiency in using the SEACE and OECE portals. Knowledge of the Public Procurement Law and its Regulations. Minimum 2 years of experience in this role. Experience in the Medical Supplies sector (desirable). Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month.
