Job Summary: Innomedic, a leader in occupational health, is seeking an assistant for the patient admission and document management process, with attention to verification and system registration. Register and archive digital and physical documents of the department. Innomedic Clinic, a leader in occupational health, is searching for top talent to join its staff: **\*Requirements:** * Student or graduate in Administration, Secretarial Studies, Marketing, International Business, or Nursing. * Strong sense of responsibility and proactivity. * Availability to work in the district of San Borja. * Availability to work Monday–Saturday from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm. * Minimum 6 months of experience (preferred) **\*Responsibilities:** * Perform the patient admission process according to the client-company protocol. * Verify the daily scheduled patient list by cross-checking the patient’s physical ID card against the checklist via email and in the Mediweb system. * Register users scheduled for EMOs in the Mediweb system and generate the itinerary sheet, the informed consent affidavit for EMO performance, and the affidavit for use of scanned signature and fingerprint. * Archive digital and physical documents related to the department, attaching itinerary sheets by date. * Package results for delivery, handling all logistics required by companies so they can receive and sign the charge. * Scan and digitize EMO results. * Download EMO results from the system and archive them in the cloud. * Perform all duties related to the position and/or assigned by the immediate supervisor. **\*Benefits:** * Formal payroll with statutory benefits. * Career development path. * Pleasant work environment. * Ongoing training. * Job stability. ***Join the great Innomedic family!*** Salary: S/.1,200\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Are you available to start immediately? * Do you agree with the offered salary? * In which district do you currently reside? * Please provide your telephone number: Workplace: On-site employment
