Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing Assistant to manage social media, create content, support advertising campaigns, and analyze the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and commercially minded **Marketing Assistant** to join our team immediately. Main Responsibilities: * **Social Media Management:** Administer and energize the company’s digital profiles, ensuring active interaction with the community. * **Content Creation:** Design and write graphic assets, copy, short videos, and attractive audiovisual materials for digital and traditional channels. * **Advertising Campaigns:** Support the design, implementation, and targeting of paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.). * **Analysis and Reporting:** Prepare performance reports and KPIs for social media and campaigns to propose continuous improvements. * **Market Monitoring:** Research digital trends and competitors’ activities to propose innovative and fresh ideas. What We’re Looking For: * **Education:** Bachelor’s or Technical degree in Communication Sciences, Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in similar marketing support or community management roles. * **Digital Tools:** Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or Canva Pro) and digital advertising platforms (Meta Business Suite). * **Soft Skills:** Excellent writing and spelling, outstanding creativity, proactivity, organization, and ability to work collaboratively. What We Offer: * **Salary:** PEN 1,800.00 to PEN 2,000.00 per month (commensurate with profile evaluation and portfolio). * **Payroll:** MYPE regime. * **Office Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Opportunities:** Ongoing training and an open environment to propose and execute your own brand ideas.
