We accompany our clients at every step, providing close advisory services, trust, and real growth opportunities. **Join Witnam Real Estate!** We are currently seeking a: **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT / LEAD MANAGEMENT** **Position Objective** Provide operational support to the commercial department by properly receiving, registering, distributing, and following up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, ensuring timely response and appropriate assignment to commercial advisors. Additionally, assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace tools. * Experience in customer service, commercial management, or administrative support (preferred). * Strong organizational and tracking skills. * Effective communication and service orientation. * Proactivity and ability to work collaboratively. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and register leads generated from digital campaigns and other lead acquisition channels. * Timely assign prospects to commercial advisors according to established guidelines. * Monitor the status of lead follow-up for assigned leads. * Update commercial databases and reports. * Assist in preparing management reports and summaries. * Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial departments to ensure proper prospect management. * Provide administrative support to the commercial department. * Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Working Conditions** * Competitive market-based salary. * In-person work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * Workplace: Los Olivos (Av. Carlos A.
