A pleasant working environment. ***Important Industrial Textile Company located in the Northern Zone (Puente Piedra), experiencing growth in the global market, is currently seeking a WAREHOUSE CLERK.*** **OBJECTIVE**: To efficiently plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control, evaluate, and standardize the development of productive activities—including planning, production, quality control, finishing, cutting scheduling, and logistics—in accordance with the monthly dispatch plan, ensuring timely fulfillment of dispatch deadlines. **FUNCTIONS**: \- Coordinate with departments involved in the production process regarding manufacturing order requirements, logistical needs, resource availability, equipment maintenance and availability, production priorities, packaging, dispatches, and partial or full deliveries of finished products. \- Establish necessary information and data with UDP, Finishing, Cutting, Warehouse, and Logistics departments to execute production scheduling. \- Monitor and control rescheduling of reprocessing activities and unfulfilled production orders. \- Monitor raw material, supply, and energy consumption across various processes and reprocessing activities. \- Analyze and prepare manufacturing and process Gantt charts. \- Perform line balancing and process balancing. \- Oversee and monitor overall plant supply chain management. \- Analyze and control production cost per minute. \- Manage staffing schedules required to meet the monthly dispatch program. **REQUIREMENTS**: \- Minimum 1 year of experience as a textile warehouse clerk in textile companies. \- Knowledge of industrial manufacturing control, Strategic Planning, KPI and OKR management, and Lean Manufacturing. \- Preferably residing in the northern cone of Lima. **COMPETENCIES**: * Leadership * Teamwork and cooperation * Interpersonal communication * Sense of urgency and problem-solving * Desire for self-improvement and continuous learning **BENEFITS**: * Being part of a textile company expanding internationally. * An excellent opportunity to apply knowledge and experience. * A pleasant working environment.
