Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assistant to supervise processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and support quality management in bakery and pastry production. Key Highlights: 1. We are SFC Turrones Calderón, a Peruvian company with over 30 years of experience in the **production, marketing, and distribution of bakery and pastry products.** We are currently seeking a Quality Assistant who meets the following profile: REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or graduate in **Food Industry Engineering, Agroindustrial Engineering, Food Engineering, or related fields**. * Knowledge of **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**, **HACCP**, and **sanitary regulations**. * Minimum of **1 YEAR** of quality control experience in food industry companies (preferred). * Teamwork skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Availability to work in ATE (near Parque de los Anillos). * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM \+ **OVERTIME** Monday through Saturday. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supervise proper use of uniforms and personal hygiene by plant personnel. * Record critical parameters such as temperature, pH, or dosage in real time. * Collect, label, and send samples to the laboratory according to the established plan. * Immediately notify the Quality Supervisor of any anomalies. * Verify daily calibration of scales and thermometers at shift start. * Hold, document, and coordinate re-evaluation of observed products. * Investigate recurring failures or complaints and propose corrective actions. * Review process data to identify trends and prevent losses. * Assist in drafting manuals, SOPs, forms, and HACCP plans. * Serve as internal auditor and host customer or external agency visits. * Review quality performance of raw materials and packaging.
