Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and solution-oriented Marketing and Sales Assistant to strengthen our team by providing support and participating in promotional activities within the education sector. You will support the sales team and educational sector campaigns. **We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Assistant!** An education-sector company dedicated to the distribution of books and educational content is seeking a professional to strengthen its team in Lima. **What are we looking for?** We seek an organized, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with interest in marketing, sales support, and fieldwork. **Main Requirements:** * Completed technical studies or university studies from the 8th semester onwards in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in sales assistance, marketing, sales support, event coordination, or similar functions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva or other basic design tools. * Knowledge of creating simple graphic materials and coordinating social media content. * Availability for on-site work in Surco and travel to schools as scheduled. * **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.** **Key Responsibilities:** Provide support to the sales team, assist with events and promotional activities at schools, track orders, coordinate materials, prepare reports, and support the creation of simple graphic materials for campaigns. **We Offer:** Formal employment under the general labor regime, market-competitive remuneration, on-site work in Surco, participation in education-sector campaigns, and transportation for field visits when required. **If you meet the profile, we invite you to apply and submit your CV.** **“Connect your commercial and creative talent with the education sector.”** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Where do you reside?
