We are looking for a highly creative individual with initiative to generate new ideas and who **has strong proficiency in design and editing tools** to fill the position of **Marketing Assistant.** **Requirements**: * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. * Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles. * **Intermediate-level proficiency in design and editing software is mandatory**: **Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and video editing using CapCut and Premiere.** * Intermediate-level knowledge of implementing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads digital campaigns. * Knowledge of social media management, content creation, and production. * Familiarity with AI tools is preferred. * CRM management, automation, and sales funnel knowledge is preferred. * Availability for full-time, on-site work in Jesús María. * Portfolio submission required. **Responsibilities**: * Creation, production, and editing of images and videos for social media, blogs, and printed materials. * Support in developing the marketing plan. * Designing content calendars for various social media platforms and the website. * Promoting and advertising products, services, and events. * Supporting the sales department in creating or improving sales tools. * Managing and supporting both in-person and virtual events. * Recording and producing audiovisual content alongside the team. * Planning and executing digital campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. * Conducting market benchmarking to propose new marketing and sales strategies. * Supporting projects and the development of new products and/or services. * Other duties related to the position and continuous improvement. **Competencies**: * Creative and proactive. * Strong writing and spelling skills. * Self-motivated and eager to learn. * Effective communication and teamwork abilities. * Organized and adaptable to a dynamic environment. * Interest in progressive growth within the department. **Benefits**: * Excellent work environment and collaborative culture. * Growth opportunities based on performance and results. * Formal employment under the MYPE regime; compensation determined by evaluation of skills and knowledge. * Provision of appropriate equipment (dedicated laptop for design and editing). * Training in psychology and marketing. * Working hours: Mon–Fri, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Salary: S/.1.00 – S/.2.00 per month Experience: * Illustrator: 1 year (Mandatory) * CapCut: 1 year (Mandatory) * Premiere: 1 year (Preferred) * Meta Ads: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
