Job Summary: We are seeking a Pastry or Kitchen Assistant with experience in dessert and cookie production, responsible for preparation, baking, and packaging. Key Highlights: 1. La Rotonda 2, La Molina **Working Hours:** 5:20 AM to 2:20 PM (one-hour lunch break, allowing departure at 1:20 PM). **Start Date:** September 2026 **Requirements** * **K**nowledge of dessert production, following recipes and cookie preparation. * Experience as a pastry or kitchen assistant. * Bakery, pastry, and/or gastronomy studies are preferred. * **Health Certificate:** Mandatory and valid, issued by the Municipality of La Molina or the Municipality of Lima. * **Personal Appearance:** Cleanliness and hygiene (short, clean nails without polish; trimmed beard, etc.) **Main Responsibilities** * Receiving and organizing ingredients * Chopping chocolate and other supplies * Preparing dough, weighing and rounding cookies * Co\-responsible for baking and packaging * Assisting in new product testing * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workshop * Dispatching orders (delivery and sales points). **Knowledge and Skills** * Basic mathematics (for recipe calculations) * Basic computer or POS operation * Concentration and attention to detail * Teamwork * Consistent order and cleanliness **Reports to:** Workshop Supervisor **Position Conditions:** **Contract under Remype Regime, for 4 months, renewable based on performance.** · **Salary:** S/ 1,350 gross monthly (under Remype payroll regime) **Working Hours:** 48 hours per week · **Shift:** 5:20 AM to 2:20 PM (one-hour lunch break, allowing departure at 1:20 PM). · **Rest Day:** One day per week (currently Tuesdays) · **Work Modality:** 100% in-person · **Availability:** Willingness to work on public holidays, with compensation as per law. · **Additional Benefits:** Bonus equal to 50% of salary paid in July and December.
