Position Summary: We are seeking a Plant Assistant to support production management, monitor welding and other plant processes, prepare reports, and develop improvement projects. Develop improvement projects in the area A reputable company in the metal-mechanical industrial sector is currently seeking a **PLANT ASSISTANT**: **REQUIREMENTS** * Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 1 year of experience in similar positions. (MANDATORY) * Must reside in districts adjacent to Cerro Colorado\- Arequipa. * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Collaborate in production management * Monitor work processes in RWR (welding) and other plant areas. * Prepare evaluation, monitoring, and repair reports for RWR. * Develop improvement projects in the area **CONDITIONS:** * Direct payroll employment from day one (General Regime). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:40 p.m. *(Availability to work one rotating Saturday per month.)* * Bi-weekly payments. * Pleasant working environment.
