Formal employment with statutory benefits **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Occupational Safety and Health Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of laws related to Occupational Safety and Health and Environmental Management (Regulations and amendments). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Implement approved Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) plans in coordination with the immediate supervisor and written work procedures. * Understand, disseminate, and train personnel on the organization's Occupational Safety and Health regulations. * Advise and jointly participate with staff in hazard identification, risk assessment and control (IPERC), and continuously verify their proper implementation. * Conduct inductions, awareness talks, and OSH training sessions. * Coordinate and carry out inspections of workplaces, personnel, personal protective equipment, tools, and machinery. * Perform necessary administrative tasks to maintain orderly operations within the OSH department and attend monthly Operations meetings. * Prepare monthly reports, evaluate, and report on OSH management results. * Participate in, support, and monitor agreements reached during monthly Occupational Safety and Health Committee meetings. * Develop OSH performance indicators. * Coordinate hazardous and non-hazardous waste management. * Comply with, and ensure compliance with, safety, occupational health, and environmental regulations, procedures, and instructions as stipulated in applicable legal frameworks. **BENEFITS:** * Professional development opportunities. * Market-competitive remuneration. * Positive work environment. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * 60% food allowance coverage.
