We are ALKHOFAR, a medical devices pharmacy company, currently seeking a professional to serve as a STATE SALES ASSISTANT. REQUIREMENTS: \- Education: Certified Technical Professional in Secretarial Studies (preferably commercial), Computer Science, or related fields. \- Excel: Intermediate level. \- Operating Systems: User-level proficiency. \- Experience: Minimum of 6 months in this role or similar functions. \- Residence in areas adjacent to the Cercado de Lima district. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Responsible for executing state sector procurement processes. 2\. Preparation of quotations and shipment tracking. 3\. Comprehensive process management: product classification, price verification based on historical data, control of product receipts, receipt and scheduling of purchase orders, and delivery tracking to respective entities. 4\. Control of quotation validity and release of reserved stock. 5\. Updating the quotation database. 6\. Support for continuous improvement projects.
