Direct B2B sales training. **Location:** San Luis, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site **Position Type:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. **Compensation:** Fixed salary \+ variable bonus **Job Description** An industrial textile company specializing in manufacturing uniforms and customized solutions for businesses is seeking a **B2B Commercial Assistant** to join its commercial team. The selected candidate will provide support in commercial management, customer follow-up, order coordination, updating commercial information, and servicing corporate accounts. **Main Responsibilities** * Prospect customers via phone calls, emails, and digital channels. * Qualify leads and manage the commercial database. * Coordinate commercial meetings with potential customers. * Track orders from purchase order to delivery. * Manage commercial documentation: invoices, shipping guides, purchase orders, and quotations. * Provide support in customer service, follow-up, and retention. * Maintain updated records of customers, opportunities, and commercial progress. * Learn and master the company’s customized textile products. * Support the commercial team with administrative tasks and internal coordination. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, Textile Industry, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or commercial support. * Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with digital tools. * Strong communication, organizational, and customer-oriented skills. * Availability to work on-site in San Luis. **Benefits** * Fixed salary \+ variable bonus. * Direct B2B sales training. * Additional benefits: recognitions, team-building activities, and incentives. * Formal employment under the MYPE regime.
