Ideal candidates must be proactive, organized, and capable of performing multiple functions. *RESPONSIBILITIES*: * Assist the dentist during dental procedures. * Prepare and organize equipment and materials required for each dental procedure. * Maintain and clean dental units and common areas. * Manage inventory of dental supplies and equipment. * Sterilize instruments and necessary areas. *REQUIREMENTS*: * Experience as a Dental Assistant or in similar positions. * Organizational and customer service skills. * Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills. * Availability to work full-time (48 hrs/week), including weekends. * Preferably reside in areas near the East Cone. *SHIFTS*: * AFTERNOON SHIFT (*Monday to Sunday, 1:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., plus 1 rotating day off between Monday and Friday*). *WORK LOCATION*: * CERES Branch (Ate). *BENEFITS*: * Salary commensurate with current labor market standards. * Formal payroll registration per Peruvian law. * Job stability and a positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Timely payments.
