




**Position:** HR Assistant We are currently seeking an **HR Assistant** to join our team, who will provide support across various HR department processes. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in the **Competency-Based Management** process. * Process information to support the various functions of the **Human Resources Department**. * Support **Recruitment, Selection, and Hiring** processes for new personnel. * Enter, update, and maintain personnel **resumes and training records**. * Coordinate, monitor, and supervise external **cleaning and security services**. * Perform other related or complementary tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Desired Profile:** * Degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling information. * Ability to work collaboratively and under supervision. * Proficiency in office software (preferred). **We Offer:** * A positive work environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Formal employment with all statutory benefits.
