




Position Summary: SEGUROC SA, a security company with over 35 years of experience, is seeking an HR Assistant to support employee consultations, preparation of consolidated reports, and PLAME and AFP filings. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in HR consultations and procedures 2. Participation in insurance and payroll management 3. Active role in the registration and distribution of employee files SEGUROC SA; a security, surveillance, and alarm company with over 35 years in the market, located in the district of Pueblo Libre, requires the services of an HR Assistant. REQUIREMENTS: \* Graduate or bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or related fields \* Minimum one year of experience performing duties described in this job posting FUNCTIONS: \* Provide support in addressing employee inquiries directed to the HR department. \* Assist in preparing SCTR and SVL consolidated reports for renewal and month-end closing. \* Assist in filing PLAME and net AFP declarations according to instructions from the payroll officer. \* Perform activities related to receipt, classification, registration, and distribution of employee files. \* Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
