At Hotel Kingdom, we are looking for a Recruitment or HR Assistant (with payroll knowledge) who is passionate about people development, energetic and committed to attracting top talent and strengthening our employer brand—ensuring every candidate experiences a close, agile, and positive recruitment process. Responsibilities * Execute mass recruitment and selection processes (advisors, supervisors, and administrative positions). * Planning, coordination, and organization with department heads. * Screen, interview, and schedule assessments with candidates. * Manage documentation and track candidates until onboarding. * Propose ideas and improvements to optimize the candidate experience. * Manage schedules, among other duties. * Review daily attendance sheets. * Monitor attendance reporting. * Manage documentation, files, and databases. * Comply with and enforce Quality, Safety, and Health policies. * Prepare payroll. * And other duties assigned by the supervisor.
