Afterwards, **MYPE PAYROLL** (formal payroll enrollment starting from the 4th month) **Work Mode:** On-site **Working Hours:** Monday to Sunday, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (day off rotates between Wednesday or Thursday) **Position Type:** Full-time About the Role A leading commercial sector company is seeking a **Customer Service and Sales Advisor** to deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, guide customers through the purchasing process, and support the achievement of business objectives. We seek a dynamic, responsible, and service-oriented candidate with strong customer focus and in-person sales capabilities. Main Responsibilities * Provide personalized in-store customer service. * Advise customers on products and resolve inquiries. * Conduct sales and promote products according to customer needs. * Support store organization, product restocking, and display. * Record basic information and provide administrative support using Office tools. * Maintain appropriate point-of-sale presentation. * Adhere to customer service guidelines and business objectives. Requirements * **Completed Secondary Education**. * Basic experience in **customer service, in-person sales, or cashier duties** (preferred). * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office**. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Availability to work on-site in **Huacho**. * Availability to work Monday to Sunday with one rotating day off (Wednesday or Thursday).
