REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Administration, or related fields. * Intermediate level of Office software. * Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Law and related regulations. * Knowledge of workplace climate assessment, social welfare, labor legislation, performance indicators, among others (desirable). * Experience with procedures before state and private institutions: EsSalud, Sunafil, Ministry of Labor, clinics, and insurance companies. * Familiarity with current labor legislation and payroll calculations, including statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacations). * Availability to work onsite in the Ate district.
