Job Mission: To provide comprehensive support to the General Management in administrative, operational, and strategic management, ensuring decision-making efficiency and success in executing new corporate projects. Key Responsibilities: * Executive Management Support: o Organize and optimize the General Manager’s agenda, meetings, and strategic commitments. o Serve as a key liaison between Management and various departments (Marketing, Operations, Sales, etc.). o Draft minutes, high-impact presentations, and periodic executive reports. o Manage logistics for corporate travel and business trips. * Project Management and Monitoring: o Coordinate the planning and execution of special projects. o Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables compliance. o Lead the implementation of new technological tools and process automation. * Process Optimization and Control: o Identify bottlenecks and propose preventive improvements before issues escalate. o Maintain up-to-date operational documentation, including manuals, processes, and flowcharts. o Ensure ethical and responsible handling of strictly confidential information. * Operational Support: o Provide support in supervising daily tasks to ensure business continuity. o Coordinate directly with strategic external suppliers and partners. Candidate Profile: * Education: Bachelor’s degree or graduate in Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in management assistance or project coordination roles. * Soft Skills: High level of organization, proactivity, assertive communication at all levels, and critical analytical ability. * Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management tools and advanced corporate writing skills. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Work Location: Camino Real Street and Calle 19 \- Santa Anita Benefits: Formal employment registration (MYPE regime) Timely salary payments Career development path Salary: S/.1,600\.00 per hour Workplace: On-site employment
