Position Summary: We are seeking a Marketing and Content Assistant passionate about healthy living to create and manage digital content, support campaigns and events, and measure results within a growing environment. Community management and in-store material design WE ARE HIRING — Marketing and Content Assistant Edén Orgánico \| Biomarket and Healthy Café · La Molina and San Borja (Lima) We are a healthy lifestyle brand operating a biomarket and café, and we are opening our second store in San Borja. We seek someone who will infuse soul into our content and help us grow both online and offline. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Create Instagram and TikTok content for both locations: film on-site, edit videos (CapCut), and design (Canva). * Support the San Borja launch campaign. * Coordinate with micro-influencers and support activations, fairs, and workshops. * Manage community engagement: comments, messages, and WhatsApp. * Design, print, and install in-store materials (table centerpieces, posters, menus). * Measure performance and maintain the dashboard of key metrics. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? * Graduate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. * Proven experience managing social media and creating content (ideally in food, retail, or lifestyle sectors). * Proficiency in Reels/TikTok video editing and Canva design (including print-ready design). * Strong copywriting skills, trend awareness, and willingness to film on-site. * Ability to analyze metrics (Instagram/TikTok Insights). * Preferred: genuine interest in healthy living. CONDITIONS * Formal employment contract (small business regime) with all statutory benefits. * Compensation: S/ 1,500 monthly (on payroll). * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Sundays off), with flexibility for events. * On-site work in Lima, San Borja. * A rapidly expanding project offering real growth opportunities.
