Support for advertising campaigns and corporate events **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing department through graphic design, audiovisual content production, social media management, and assistance in campaign execution, contributing to strengthening the corporate image, brand positioning, and accurate communication of the company's services. **Main Job Responsibilities** * Design graphic assets for social media, advertising campaigns, internal announcements, institutional materials, and digital content. * Produce printed and point-of-purchase (POP) advertising materials, including banners, posters, flyers, signage, billboards, wayfinding systems, and materials for agencies and buses. * Support planning and execution of the monthly social media content calendar. * Draft creative and technical scripts for videos, reels, interviews, campaigns, and audiovisual content. * Participate in corporate photography and video production, generating content that strengthens the brand’s digital presence. * Schedule social media posts using Meta Business Suite and other management platforms. * Update and adapt graphic assets according to commercial campaigns, promotions, new services, and special dates. * Research digital trends, innovative formats, visual references, and competitors’ strategies to generate creative proposals. * Provide support in organizing advertising campaigns, activations, corporate events, and internal activities. * Coordinate printing, distribution, and installation of advertising and informational materials at agencies, buses, and other service points. * Manage inventory of promotional materials and marketing department resources. * Utilize Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize images, designs, photographs, videos, mockups, and digital content. * Ensure all graphic and audiovisual materials comply with corporate identity guidelines. * Provide operational and creative support across various projects and departmental requests. **Academic Qualifications** * Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communication Sciences, Advertising, or related fields. **Experience** * Minimum **1 year of experience** in Marketing, Graphic Design, Advertising, or Communications. * Experience managing social media and creating digital content. * Experience in service, transportation, or mass-consumption companies is preferred. **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva (mandatory). * Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar software). * Photography and audiovisual content production. * Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design and marketing (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or others). **We Offer** * Formal employment under REMYPE with corresponding statutory benefits. * Excellent working environment. * Timely biweekly and monthly salary payments. * Career progression and professional development opportunities within the organization. * Job stability and a collaborative, respectful work environment.
