At **Forza Advance Perú S.A.C.**, a textile company, we seek a creative, proactive, and passionate individual in digital marketing to strengthen our social media presence and support our brand growth. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, among others). * Plan and schedule posts according to the content calendar. * Create engaging content: photographs, videos, Reels, stories, graphic designs, and copywriting. * Edit images and videos using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar software. * Respond to messages and comments on social media, providing timely customer service. * Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and promotions. * Develop advertising materials for the sales department (catalogs, product sheets, presentations, etc.). * Coordinate product, process, and company activity photo and video shoots. * Monitor social media metrics and prepare performance reports. * Research market trends and propose new ideas to strengthen brand presence. * Assist in organizing events, product launches, and commercial campaigns. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions (preferred). * Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, and Microsoft Office. * Basic knowledge of photo and video editing. * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Creativity, initiative, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. * Knowledge of the textile or fashion industry is preferred. **We Offer** * Formal employment under the MYPE payroll system. * Competitive salary commensurate with market standards and experience. * Positive work environment. * Opportunities for learning and professional development. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Salary: S/.1,400.00 – S/.1,600.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
