REQUIREMENTS
* Completed higher technical education at minimum.
* Experience in supervision or as an administrative assistant, preferably in transportation and/or service companies.
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media.
* Knowledge of labor regulations DL 728\.
* Knowledge of INDECOPI regulations.
* Ability to plan, coordinate, negotiate, and execute instructions.
* Ability to make decisions and work under pressure.
* Good communication skills.
* Punctual, honest, proactive, analytical, and initiative-driven individual.
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Execute and monitor compliance with the schedule of operational tasks and activities.
* Prepare operation reports and summaries.
* Supervise work areas before, during, and after service execution.
* Identify corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
* Submit conformity reports and collect evidence for incidents or non-conformities.
* Coordinate driver and crew assignments per vehicle and shift.
* Coordinate with the maintenance department on preventive activities and verify fleet availability.
* Verify and monitor documentation related to transportation.
* Verify service and personnel checklists prior to boarding and disembarking.
* Monitor scheduling and execution of transportation services.
* Supervise that shipments, excess baggage, and cargo meet established requirements.
* Control and track shipments, verifying their registration in corresponding manifests.
* Coordinate operational requirements of the agency with various departments.
* Provide feedback to staff.
* Support monitoring of drivers and counter staff, verifying compliance with internal policies and safety regulations.
* Supervise aspects such as personal appearance, uniform, hygiene, documentation, equipment, and vehicle conditions prior to boarding.
* Report complaints and claims recorded in the Complaints Book to the Legal Department.
* Identify problems, propose solutions, and implement improvement plans.
* Keep the Administrative Assistant and Administrative Manager informed about incidents, requests, complaints, and suggestions.
* Assist in preparing reports related to petty cash and warehouse control.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
