Collaborate in baking, decorating, and packaging of products **Bakery Assistant (Plant) Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing bakery products according to recipes and established standards. * Prepare, weigh, and organize ingredients and raw materials prior to production. * Operate and assist in using bakery equipment and utensils, following safety regulations. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Collaborate in baking, cooling, basic decoration, and packaging of products. * Ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients and finished products. * Assist in visual quality and presentation control of products. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and occupational health regulations.
