Job Summary: The Pattern Quality Analyst ensures the accurate development of patterns and templates, guaranteeing garment precision and fit according to quality standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Review and validate patterns and templates for production. 2. Coordinate to ensure mold feasibility. 3. Optimize fabric consumption. Pattern Quality Assistant – Textile Company The Pattern Quality Analyst is responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring the correct development of patterns and templates for production, guaranteeing accuracy in measurements, grading, and garment fit according to the company's and client's established quality standards. **Requirements:** * Graduate technician in Industrial Patternmaking, Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in patternmaking, grading, or textile quality areas. * Knowledge of: * Garment patternmaking and grading. * Interpretation of technical specifications. * Textile measurements and tolerances. * Garment manufacturing processes. * Pattern quality control. * Fabric consumption and marker efficiency. * Patternmaking software (Audaces, Lectra, Optitex, Gerber, or similar). * Excel and spreadsheet handling. Main Responsibilities * Review and validate base patterns, graded patterns, and templates prior to production entry. * Verify garment measurements and proportions according to technical specifications. * Identify patternmaking errors that may affect fit or manufacturing. * Coordinate with product development, cutting, and production teams to ensure mold feasibility. * Conduct and adjust fit tests on pilot samples. * Validate seam allowances, notches, grainlines, and other technical mold details. * Supervise correct size grading. * Optimize fabric consumption through pattern and marker reviews. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for patterns and templates.
