Job Summary: Provide operational and administrative support to the production department, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules, material control, quality standards, and proper process operation. Key Highlights: 1. Key support in production order scheduling and tracking. 2. Supervision of compliance with production and quality procedures. 3. Active participation in controlling and reducing losses and waste. Provide operational and administrative support to the production department, ensuring compliance with manufacturing schedules, material control, product quality, and proper operation of production processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Support production order scheduling and tracking. * Record daily production information (quantities produced, waste, downtime, etc.). * Verify availability of raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials. * Coordinate with warehouse for timely material supply to production. * Supervise compliance with production and quality procedures. * Conduct basic quality checks during the manufacturing process. * Support control and reduction of losses and waste. * Prepare production reports and indicators. * Coordinate preventive and corrective equipment maintenance as needed. * Verify compliance with industrial safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in raw material and finished goods inventories. * Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for the department. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Industrial Engineering. (MANDATORY) * Desired training in manufacturing processes. * Minimum 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial plants. * Desired experience in plastic product manufacturing companies. * Production control and management indicators. * Inventory management and material control. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Occupational Safety and Health. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate level). * Desired knowledge of plastic bag extrusion, printing, and sealing processes. * Age between 25 and 35 years. * Residency in nearby areas such as Puente Piedra, Ventanilla, Comas, Carabayllo, or Los Olivos. **Working Conditions** * On-site work Monday to Saturday (8 hours \+ 1-hour break). * Formal payroll under MYPE regime from day one, SCTR coverage. * Availability to work rotating shifts (as required by the company). * Mandatory use of personal protective equipment. Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,700\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
