Production Manager We are seeking a Production Manager to participate in the assembly, installation, and operation of metal structures, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity standards in assigned telecommunications sector projects. Main Responsibilities * Interpret and execute work according to assembly drawings. * Supervise and participate in the assembly of metal structures, towers, masts, and guyed towers. * Conduct field technical surveys and data collection. * Coordinate operational activities with the Engineering Assistant and other involved departments. * Lead and support the work team during project execution. * Monitor the use and condition of assigned equipment, tools, and materials. * Maintain up-to-date inventory records of available materials and equipment in the warehouse. * Ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures across all activities. * Report project progress, incidents, and requirements. * Comply with internal company policies and procedures. Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunications projects, tower assembly, or metal structure assembly. * Training in working at heights (certified). * Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment. * Valid driver's license, minimum category A1. * Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) training. * Willingness to perform fieldwork and travel as required by projects.
