If you have experience in customer service, sales, or commercial follow-up—and are motivated to connect with people and achieve goals—we want to meet you! **WORK SCHEDULE:** * **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM * **Saturday:** 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM **SALARY:** S/ 580.00 – S/600.00 **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Contact leads and prospects via phone calls, WhatsApp Business, and other digital channels** to provide information about our programs. * **Manage social media and digital customer service channels**, responding to inquiries promptly and conducting commercial follow-up until visits or enrollments are confirmed. * Schedule appointments, trial sessions, and classes in coordination with the sales and sports teams. * Record and update prospect and customer information in the CRM, as well as prepare basic management reports. * Support front-desk operations, attendance registration, and equipment distribution. * Perform other duties related to this position. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Final-year student or recent graduate in **Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, Sports Journalism, or Education** * Prior experience in **Customer Service, Sales, or Reception (minimum 3 months).** * Excellent personal presentation and a positive, service-oriented attitude. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **BENEFITS:** * **Formal employment contract (on payroll).** * **Training** and ongoing mentoring. * **Career path** * **Bonus** based on commercial targets and performance after the probationary period. * Opportunity for professional development in a growing sports-oriented environment.
