Strategic impact on employee motivation and stability **Job Description:** The ***Recruitment and Selection Assistant*** role at ***FLASHMAN*** requires technical skills such as knowledge of human talent management, interviewing techniques, and hiring tools, as well as soft skills including empathy, communication, negotiation, adaptability, teamwork orientation, and willingness to support other activities when needed. Responsibilities: \- Talent sourcing for general services (Cleaning / Administrative / etc.) \- Posting and sourcing talent through various tools. \- Social media management. \- CV review and verification of employment references. \- Scheduling in-person and virtual interviews. \- Initial training for applicants. \- Maintaining applicant database (qualified, unqualified, and backup candidates). \- Monitoring personnel during their probationary period. \- Field work 50% and office work 50%. \- Preparing physical and digital personnel files. \- Ensuring adequate staffing across each operational branch. \- Providing strategic input toward enhancing employee motivation and stability. \- Other duties as assigned. Salary: S/1500 (1-month probationary period). Inclusion in payroll (based on performance results). Profile: Gender: Male Age: 25 \- 37 Experience: Minimum 1 year in general services and cleaning (preferred). Education: Technical or university degree in HR / Personnel Administration / Psychology.
