Job Summary: We are seeking a Recruitment Assistant to manage candidate information flow, coordinate job postings, and conduct preliminary interviews. Key Responsibilities: 1. Organize the information flow for efficient hiring 2. Coordinate job postings and contact potential candidates 3. Responsibilities: * Organize candidate information flow to ensure efficient hiring. * Perform daily and weekly updates of personnel requirement statuses. * Present working conditions, schedule, salary, benefits, and other details according to received personnel requirements. * Execute and coordinate various job postings on our social media platforms and job portals to contact potential candidates. * Coordinate with pre-selected candidates regarding onboarding assessments and required documentation. * Conduct preliminary interviews with mid-level and operational applicants. * Coordinate and schedule mandatory training courses required by the project to ensure candidates’ successful assignment to designated projects. * Request internal client validation for personnel onboarding and request payroll department to issue employment contracts.
