Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented Recruitment and Selection Assistant to execute end-to-end recruitment processes and develop new talent sources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. 2. Propose innovative talent acquisition strategies. 3. Participate in talent acquisition activities and job fairs. An aesthetics-sector company located in Miraflores is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant with initiative, strong organizational skills, and a results orientation to join our team. Main Responsibilities Execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Post and manage job openings on recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media. Conduct active candidate sourcing and resume screening. Contact and interview applicants. Track candidates throughout the various stages of the recruitment process. Maintain an up-to-date applicant database. Conduct field recruitment and source candidates in strategic locations. Participate in job fairs, recruitment campaigns, and talent acquisition activities. Contact CETPROs, institutes, training centers, and educational institutions to establish recruitment channels. Manage and develop partnerships with institutions to expand our candidate pool. Propose new strategies and channels to improve talent acquisition. Provide support for other Human Resources-related activities.
