The candidate must supervise staff, manage inventory, and support the daily operational organization of the restaurant. Responsibilities * Responsible for sales strategies; improvement, productivity, quality, and service * Planning, organizing, and training of assigned staff. * Monitoring staff attendance, shifts, and overtime hours. * Reviewing the restaurant payroll, * Coordinating with the design and implementation team for digital campaigns, meetings, strategies, among others. * Coordinating communication between kitchen, bar, and service areas. * Archiving and maintaining up-to-date restaurant documentation. * Supporting the administrative organization of events and banquets. * Ensuring compliance with internal restaurant procedures. * Supporting the delivery channel. * Managing inventory, suppliers, among others. * Automating administrative tasks.
