Uncapped commissions starting from the first closed deal. **Job Description:** At LR Servicios Digitales, we are looking for a highly energetic Sales Assistant with excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset to join our sales team. You will not make cold calls; your primary responsibility will be to receive, serve, and close pre\-qualified leads (potential customers) assigned daily by the company through our digital channels. **Main Responsibilities:** * Handling and managing 100% of incoming chats via WhatsApp Business and outbound sales calls. * Receiving customers at our office and conducting in-person equipment demonstrations. * Preparing quotations and negotiating sales closures according to pricing parameters established by management. * Mandatory logging of customer follow-ups in the company’s internal CRM. * Occasional support in creating graphic resources or advertising content. **Requirements:** * Age: Between 20 and 30 years old. * Soft Skills: Articulate communication, proactivity, high patience, and excellent frustration management when dealing with demanding customers. * Communication: Impeccable spelling and writing (essential for WhatsApp-based customer service). * Experience: Prior experience in customer service, face-to-face sales, or call centers is desirable. A completed university degree is not mandatory; we prioritize commercial attitude and rapid learning ability. **Working Conditions and Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (On-site). * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (Remote work). **Compensation and Benefits** * Base Salary: S/ 1,200\.00 fixed monthly. * Commissions: 9% of net profit per sale, starting from the first closed deal, with no earnings cap. * Bonuses: Additional incentives for meeting and exceeding departmental targets. * Contractual progression: First 3 months under Receipts for Professional Services (probationary period).
