Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Work Assistant to provide attention and guidance to staff, support health-related procedures, and manage integration activities. Key Highlights: 1. Design and dissemination of integration and social responsibility activities We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team of professionals as a Social Work Assistant, with the following requirements: **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide attention and guidance to staff regarding social, family, or personal situations that may affect their performance. * Register Life Insurance Law coverage at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion. * Support staff in EsSalud procedures: maternity leave, enrollment of beneficiaries, temporary transfers, and subsidies; maintain case files. * Support data collection and preparation of case files for exchanging and processing private medical leaves. * Support staff in work-related accident procedures with EsSalud and SCTR for emergency medical care, follow-up, and monitoring. * Design, disseminate, and promote festive activities, integration programs, and social responsibility initiatives. * Conduct home visits to staff on medical leave or for health-related reasons. * Other responsibilities assigned by management. **Requirements:** * Graduates/Bachelor's degree in Social Work. * Minimum 6 months of experience in this position. * Basic knowledge of preparing social reports and case follow-up. * Preferred: experience in occupational wellness programs or integration activities. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration. * Bi-weekly payments. * Positive work environment. * Complementary Work Risk Insurance (SCTR). **Location:** *Av.
